ABOUT US
A beautiful 3-bedroom stone villa with private pool in the Tuscan countryside, offering boutique accommodation for up ten adults. The origins of the villa date back to the 1500s when the Villa was built as an old barn (fienile).
Whether you want to walk through the olive groves, visit the creek and waterfall, eat fruit of the grapevines, apple, pear or apricot trees, or lounge by the pool, the Villa offers the perfect home away from home for your Holidays.
THE SPACE
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedding available for your stay is a king-sized bed with a single day-bed and ensuite in the upstairs bedroom, a king-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, a king-sized bed with a double-sized pull-out sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom and a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed in the family room. Providing enough bedding for up to 10 people.
All rooms have central heating for stays in winter and a cosy fireplace is in the lounge.
Situated centrally for sightseeing in Tuscany, the villa is located just 200m from San Donato in Collina and is a short 25 min drive to the centre of Florence, 40 mins to Greve in Chianti, or 10 minutes to the A1 for your road trips North to Bologna or South to Roma.
There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes SMEG appliances which can be stocked with groceries on request - on a cost recovery basis. A Miele washer-dryer is also available with complimentary washing powder, plus an ironing board and iron to help with those longer stays.
When we aren’t leasing out the Villa, it is our home. As such, everything is maintained to the highest standard and the Villa is professionally cleaned ahead of any guest stay.
Satellite TV and high-speed internet is also available free of charge.
Guests are provided a complimentary bottle of water, Salvatore Ferragamo Tuscan Soul toiletries, coffee, tea and milk. Linen and towels are also provided free of charge.
